Dear Patient (Friend):
I began my plastic surgical practice on July 1, 1977, almost 33 years ago. After much consideration and discussion with family and friends, I have decided to take a break and close the office on Thompson Peak Parkway. The economy and my family agree. As you see from my salutation, I have been extremely fortunate to have had so many great patients whom I am proud to call my friends as well as my patients.
Your medical records will be in my keeping, Dr. William Leighton, (a friend, a board certified and very respected plastic surgeon) will be assuming future care and follow-up as necessary and if you so desire. He is located in Scottsdale where he has been in practice almost 25 years. His office number is 480-948-3250.
